Adam has a broad range of commercial experience and expertise including property, conveyancing, employment and industrial law.
He focuses on working with each client to define and achieve a positive result being acutely aware of the financial burden faced by clients in legal disputes.
Adam has many wins but he also settles disputes, without a trial – saving large amounts of money for his clients.
Successful actions have been achieved in matters as diverse as a high-value dispute over a shopping centre development site to an industrial employment-related issue involving a chief executive officer for a large health provider.
Adam keeps on top of changes in the law, such as the recent and significant changes to corporate insolvency (company bankruptcies) and personal bankruptcies.
His main hobby outside work is flying. He’s been a pilot for 15 years and works to support his local aviation club in his free time. He also enjoys spending time with his family and children, and being involved in community activities at the school his children attend.
He’s also involved in the Law society committee on public law and acts as a mentor in the alumni university at Southern Cross University, on the young lawyers program.
