Success has been achieved in matters as diverse as a high-value dispute over a shopping centre development site, an employment termination dispute involving the chief executive officer for a large health provider and acting on the winding-up of a corporate law firm that had come to the end of its life.

Adam keeps on top of changes in the law, such as the recent and significant changes to corporate insolvency (company bankruptcies) and personal bankruptcies.

Outside work Adam has a keen interest in aviation. He has been a pilot for 15 years and works to support his local aero club in his free time. He also enjoys spending time with his family and is active in his children’s school community.

Adam is involved in Law Society committees on public law and legal costs and also acts as a mentor in the Southern Cross University alumni and Law Society Young Lawyers programs.
